Senior Backend Software Engineer

📋 Description

• Design, build, and maintain scalable cloud-native backend services using Golang in microservices.
• Operate distributed systems on Kubernetes across AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure.
• Lead architecture and design of new backend features from concept to production.
• Apply CS fundamentals to solve distributed systems, scalability, networking, and performance.
• Build secure integrations with identity systems (SSO/IdP) such as Okta.
• Collaborate with product/engineering/infrastructure to deliver high-quality software.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years designing, developing, and maintaining scalable backend systems and cloud microservices.
• Strong proficiency in Golang; experience with multiple programming languages.
• CS fundamentals: algorithms, data structures, OS, networking, concurrency, distributed systems.
• Hands-on Kubernetes deployment on AWS, GCP, or Azure.
• Experience with authentication/identity solutions (Okta, SSO/IdP).
• Proven ability to lead projects, influence architecture, and deliver scalable systems.
