Senior Backend Software Engineer

📋 Description

• Design, build, and maintain scalable cloud-native backends using Golang in microservices.
• Develop and operate distributed systems on Kubernetes across AWS, GCP, or Azure.
• Lead architecture, design, and implementation of features from concept to production.
• Apply CS fundamentals to solve distributed systems, scalability, networking, and concurrency.
• Build secure integrations with identity systems, including SSO/IdP like Okta.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and infra teams to deliver high-quality software.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years designing, building, and maintaining scalable backend systems and microservices.
• Strong proficiency in Golang; experience with multiple programming languages.
• Solid CS fundamentals: algorithms, data structures, OS, networking, concurrency.
• Hands-on experience deploying and managing Kubernetes on AWS, GCP, or Azure.
• Experience building enterprise apps with authentication/identity solutions like Okta.
• Proven ability to lead technical projects, influence architecture, and deliver scalable systems.
