Senior Backend Software Engineer - Agent Platform

📋 Description

• Lead rapid response to production incidents across agent platform
• Triage root causes and improve reliability and scalability
• Troubleshoot across services and large codebases
• Design and operate large-scale distributed systems
• Build backend services for policy/config/command distribution
• Monitor health, metrics, and data integrity

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years backend experience with Java, Go, or Python
• Reliability-focused, incident handling and RCA
• Experience designing/building distributed systems and operational excellence
• Navigate unfamiliar systems and troubleshoot across services
• Cloud + container tech: AWS or GCP, Docker, Kubernetes
• Familiarity with Kafka, PostgreSQL, Redis, Cassandra, ClickHouse, or similar
