🎯 Requirements

  • 2–3+ years in Backline/Tier 3 support with hands-on hardware/firmware ownership
  • Strong system-level debugging across hardware, firmware, and software
  • Experience reading device/firmware logs, serial output, and telemetry
  • Familiarity with CAN/J1939, OBD-II, sensors, and cameras
  • Embedded concepts: power/boot, watchdogs, resets, OTA updates
  • Software-level debugging for services that interface with devices
