Senior Bank Relationship Manager

📋 Description

• Own and develop banking infra across 30+ entities; ensure uptime and resilience.
• Define and execute the bank/fintech partner strategy: onboarding and RM management.
• Build a structured pipeline of banking partners for onboarding.
• Manage account-level risk and diversification; ensure uninterrupted payments.
• Support restructuring, corporate changes, annual KYC and data updates with stakeholders.
• Develop treasury infra: SWIFT, SEPA, ACH, FX, deposits, hedging instruments.

🎯 Requirements

• 5 years of experience in Finance in international companies, banks or IT.
• Strong knowledge of payment systems and cross-border, multi-currency payments.
• Able to prioritize, organize and manage daily routines; act independently with support.
• Proficient in Excel.
• English at B2+ level.
• AML/compliance experience is a plus.
