Senior BDR / Sales Support Hybrid

📋 Description

• Partner with regional VPs to build a high-quality pipeline.
• Execute outbound prospecting and account research for complex accounts.
• Ramp on Hinge Health messaging, tools, workflows for outreach.
• Provide day-to-day sales support to help close deals.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing to sharpen targeting and handoffs.
• This is a fully remote role.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 4+ years in business development, sales development, or GTM roles.
• 2+ years supporting complex B2B sales cycles with AEs.
• Experience with Salesforce and tools like Outreach/Salesloft/6sense/Highspot.
• Cross-functional, fast-paced work with strong PM and org skills.
• Experience prospecting into healthcare employers.
