📋 Description

• Design and own end-to-end measurement strategy aligned to client outcomes.
• Translate capabilities into metrics, KPIs, and indicators.
• Ensure measurement frameworks are statistically sound, scalable.
• Build ROI models and business cases quantifying impact.
• Partner with Sales to embed impact narratives into deals.
• Produce executive-ready materials to support deal expansion.

🎯 Requirements

• PhD in Behavioral Science or related field
• Domain expertise in behavioral science and HR (Talent Dev, L&D, OD)
• Facilitation and presentation skills with executives
• Experience applying business strategy and acumen
• Strong verbal/written communication and storytelling
• Comfort with ambiguity and bias for action
