Senior Benefits Analyst

📋 Description

• Administer and analyze US health, welfare, retirement, and equity programs (including UARs and
• Reconcile monthly benefits invoices and dig into discrepancies to find and fix their root causes.
• Partner with Payroll to ensure correct benefit deductions and timely retroactive adjustments.
• Build reporting and dashboards that track enrollment accuracy, billing variances, and equity
• Drive data-informed process improvements while supporting audits, annual filings, and vendor

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of progressive experience in US benefits administration or analysis.
• Direct experience supporting equity compensation programs such as UARs, RSUs, and other equity
• Advanced knowledge of benefits compliance and administration, including ERISA, ACA, COBRA, and
