📋 Description

  • Administer benefits, enroll new hires, and answer questions.
  • Maintain benefits data in HRIS and SharePoint.
  • Support benefit events and enrollment activities.
  • Manage leave programs (FMLA/ADA) with compliance.
  • Track leave usage, deadlines, and status changes.
  • Coordinate return-to-work and accommodations.

🎯 Requirements

  • 5-7 years of Benefits and Leave administration experience.
  • PHR, SHRM-CP or similar certification preferred.
  • Experience with HRIS systems; Workday required.
  • Strong Excel skills: VLOOKUP, pivot tables, data validation.
  • Knowledge of CA, NY, MA, WA leave laws.
  • Bachelor’s degree required.
