Senior BI Analyst — Finance, AI Enabled

📋 Description

• Translate business needs into functional and data requirements, business rules, report
• Design, build, and maintain Finance dashboards, published data sources, BI data models, operational
• Analyze end-to-end processes and data flows across ERP (SAP), CRM, billing, data warehouse, and
• Use advanced SQL and analytical tools to reconcile data, validate business rules, investigate
• Optimize dashboard usability, query performance, data refresh schedules, metric consistency, and
• Lead assigned workstreams through requirements, solution design, UAT, regression testing

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of progressive experience in business intelligence, Finance analytics, reporting, business
• Experience with SAP or another enterprise ERP platform, including strong understanding of
• Expert-level SQL skills for complex querying, source-to-target reconciliation, data
• Strong hands-on experience designing dashboards, BI data models, calculated metrics, published data
• Solid understanding of data warehousing concepts, dimensional modeling, semantic layers, data
• Demonstrated experience translating business needs into technical specifications and leading UAT
