Senior BI Analyst I

📋 Description

• Build interactive dashboards, reports, and presentations to drive action.
• Translate findings into actionable insights for internal ops and partner practices.
• Design and implement data warehouse tables or views for analysis and reporting.
• Analyze complex business problems using data from multiple sources.
• Provide end-user support for existing dashboards.

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years in business intelligence
• Experience delivering dashboards/reports for executives, staff, physicians
• 3+ years healthcare data experience (claims, EHR, clinical)
• Advanced SQL with window functions; proficient in Tableau/Looker/Power BI
• Familiar with dbt or ETL tools (SSIS, Alteryx)
• End-user support for dashboards; data quality assurance; strong quantitative skills
