Partner with stakeholders to translate reporting needs into analytical solutions
Design, build, and maintain dashboards with Metabase or similar
Define metrics, KPIs, and reporting standards
Develop and optimize advanced SQL queries for reporting
Design semantic data models for self-service analytics
Validate data accuracy across dashboards and datasets

🎯 Requirements

5+ years in BI/Analytics or related field
Advanced SQL and large analytical datasets
Hands-on dashboards with Metabase or similar BI platform
Experience with Amazon Redshift
Dimensional data modelling and semantic layer design
Strong communication and stakeholder management
