Senior Bid & Capture Manager

📋 Description

• Own end-to-end proposal development across RFPs, RFIs, RFQs, catalog bids, renewals, and
• Analyze solicitations to identify evaluator's scoring logic and build response strategy
• Partner with sales, finance, and product marketing on pricing and offer positioning
• Build competitive intelligence systematically
• Own the proposal content library, customer reference bench, and presentation library
• Produce enterprise proposals and quote paperwork

🎯 Requirements

• 7-10 years across proposal writing, bid management, public sector capture, contract vehicle or
• Fluent with AI tooling
• Strong commercial judgment
• Familiar with at least one major cooperative or state contract vehicle
• Skilled at translating funding and procurement complexity
• Comfortable owning a broad function alone
