Senior Bid Manager (14 month FTC)

📋 Description

• Manage proposals for new and existing clients from briefing through to submission
• Coordinate content and input from subject-matter experts across the business
• Review and strengthen bid responses through thoughtful and constructive challenge
• Support pitch teams with client presentations and site visits
• Respond to follow-up questions, surveys and relevant pricing requests
• Work with the Content Manager to maintain accurate and current proposal content

🎯 Requirements

• Excellent written communication and editing skills
• 5+ years experience in bid writing, RFP management, pensions administration or investment management
• Experience managing complex proposals with multiple contributors and firm deadlines
• Strong attention to detail
• Confidence to challenge content constructively and provide useful feedback
• Strong relationship-building skills across internal and external stakeholder groups
