Senior Bid Manager

📋 Description

• Take responsibility for PPP/DBFM(O) bid submissions from early stages to financial close.
• Lead or participate in discussions with authorities and consortium partners.
• Be part of bid teams representing BESIX and/or consortium partners.
• Review tender documentation and ensure alignment with strategy.
• Coordinate with design, construction, finance, legal, and maintenance teams.
• Prepare final bid documents and report status to BESIX senior management.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years in development of large-scale projects.
• Experience in tendering and bid management.
• Master's degree in Civil Engineering/Architecture/Business/Economics/Law or equivalent.
• Knowledge of PPP structures (DBFM, DBFMO, concessions).
• Strong contract, legal and financial understanding with risk evaluation.
• Dutch native or near-native, fluent in English; good French.
