Senior Bid Manager

📋 Description

• Manage PPP/DBFM(O) bid submissions from early stages to close
• Lead or participate in negotiations with authorities and partners
• Act as bid team member with consortium representatives
• Review tender documentation and coordinate with stakeholders
• Collaborate with design, construction, finance, legal, maintenance teams
• Assist in final bid documents and provide status updates

🎯 Requirements

• Typically 10+ years in large-scale projects, tendering or bid mgmt
• Master's degree in Engineering/Architecture/Economics/Law or experience
• Knowledge of PPP structures (DBFM/DBFMO/concessions)
• Strong contract, legal, financial understanding and risk eval
• Dutch native or near-native, fluent English, good French
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
