📋 Description

  • Manage PPP/DBFM(O) bid submissions from early stages to financial close
  • Lead or participate in negotiations with authorities and partners
  • Act as bid team member with consortium representatives
  • Review tender docs and coordinate cross-functional inputs
  • Collaborate with design, construction, finance, legal and maintenance teams
  • Prepare final bid documents and report status to BESIX senior management

🎯 Requirements

  • typically 10+ years in large-scale complex projects
  • Experience in tendering or bid management
  • Master's degree in Civil Eng/Architecture/Economics/Law or related
  • Knowledge of PPP structures (DBFM/DBFMO/concessions)
  • Strong contractual, legal and financial project understanding
  • Dutch native or near-native, fluent English, good French
