Senior Bid Manager

📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end management of strategic, high-value opportunities from qualification to submission.
• Chair bid kick-offs, strategy workshops, review sessions and progress meetings.
• Facilitate win themes and translate customer requirements into compelling responses.
• Ensure responses align with evaluation criteria, customer outcomes and win strategies.
• Manage NEC governance and multi-stage review cycles, including Executive level reviews.
• Oversee quality assurance, documentation/version control, and consistent submissions.

🎯 Requirements

• Significant experience managing complex public sector bids.
• Experience managing multiple concurrent opportunities and priorities.
• Proven track record leading strategic, high-value bids.
• Strong understanding of public procurement regulations and tendering.
• Advanced bid planning, facilitation and stakeholder management.
• APMP Practitioner or Professional certification.
