📋 Description

• Coordinate billing-related information with Client Payroll Deduction Specialists to ensure seamless
• Maintain regular communication with clients throughout the post-implementation process to ensure
• Review and validate change reports, list bills, and payment reconciliation summary reports to
• Investigate and resolve moderately complex billing inquiries, ensuring timely responses and
• Support payroll deduction issue resolution by identifying discrepancies, researching
• Assist with client suspense account reconciliations, ensuring outstanding balances and payment

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 4–6 years of relevant professional experience in billing, accounts receivable, financial
• Previous experience handling client billing activities, invoice processing, payment reconciliation
• Familiarity with payroll deduction processes, suspense account reconciliation, and financial
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to investigate moderately complex
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy when reviewing financial information, processing
