Senior Billing Systems & Operations Analyst

📋 Description

• Own all aspects of the billing platform configuration and expansion.
• Build monitoring and alerts to surface data quality issues before customers.
• Standardize processes with Finance and Deal Desk to reduce billing complexity.
• Improve accuracy, automation, and reliability across invoicing lifecycle.
• Bridge finance, product, eng, and GTM on all billing matters.
• Advise on pricing, discounting, and payment structures within billing.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years with billing tools, CPQ, Salesforce, or ERP in QTC.
• Direct experience administering/configuring billing/CPQ tools (Salesforce CPQ, Zuora, Chargebee).
• Owns the business unit's success; strong ownership mindset.
• Problem-solving mindset; anticipate tradeoffs and risks.
• Technical aptitude; quick to learn new tech and integrations.
• Project management: scope, tasks, deliverables, enablement.
