Maintain coordination cycles; make sound modeling decisions under deadlines.
Mentor Designers in modeling, documentation, and TEECOM standards.
Document processes; refine tools, templates, and workflows to reduce rework.

🎯 Requirements

Education: Associate degree or tech cert in Drafting/Engineering or BIM.
Experience: 4+ years in AEC; strong Revit, BIM execution, coordination.
Preferred: telecom/ICT, A/V, security, or network BIM experience.
Model management: Manage coordinated Revit models; minimal oversight.
Skills: Strong organizational and communication; manage BIM across projects.
Software: Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD; Bluebeam; Asana; GitHub; certs preferred.
