Senior BIM Specialist I

📋 Description

• Lead BIM production: modeling, model health, cross‑discipline coordination.
• Translate markups into constructible documentation; resolve coordination issues early.
• Mentor Designers in Revit; reinforce TEECOM standards and BIM processes.
• Maintain organized models and documentation reflecting design intent and QA/QC.
• Collaborate with engineers and designers to drive BIM decisions and delivery momentum.

🎯 Requirements

• Education: Associate degree or technical certificate, or equivalent BIM experience.
• 4+ years in AEC; Revit, coordinated modeling, BIM execution, and documentation.
• Proficiency in Navisworks, AutoCAD, Bluebeam Studio, and GitHub.
• Ability to manage Revit models with minimal oversight; strong organizational/communication.
• Certifications preferred: Autodesk Certified Professional, CDT, CTS (AV), RCDD, PSP/CPP.
