📋 Description

• Lead GLP/GxP bioanalytical studies and method validations.
• Serve as Study Director/PI with full responsibility for studies.
• Develop and approve study plans, validation protocols, reports.
• Review analytical data for integrity and regulatory compliance.
• Manage client communications and act as primary scientific contact.
• Coordinate lab activities and drive process improvements.

🎯 Requirements

• Degree in Biochemistry/Biology/Chemistry; PhD advantageous.
• Minimum 2 years experience in bioanalysis or quantitative analytics.
• Hands-on experience with ligand-binding and/or cell-based assays.
• Experience in regulated environments (GLP, GCP, GMP and/or ISO).
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving.
• Excellent English communication; strong multi-project ability.
