🎯 Requirements

• PhD in Bioinformatics, CS, Engineering, Statistics, or Cancer Biology.
• 0–3 years in bioinformatics or computational biology.
• Excellent communication to present findings to cross-functional teams.
• Deep expertise in high-throughput DNA sequencing (NGS) analysis and variant calling.
• Proven track record of developing high-impact bioinformatics methods.
• Python, NumPy, Pandas, Scikit-learn; WDL and AWS exposure.
