Senior BMS Electrical Engineer

📋 Description

• Lead BMS PCBA design through lifecycle (schematic, layout, reviews)
• Collaborate with mechanical/software teams to integrate BMS into the pack and other electrical systems
• Design circuits for diagnostic coverage, redundancy, fault tolerance with safety teams
• Own PCBA bring-up and verification with lab equipment across operating conditions
• Coordinate builds with PM, DFM, supply chain, and Quality teams
• Support production needs: design-for-test, root-cause analysis, traceability

🎯 Requirements

• BS or MS in Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering or related field
• 3+ years designing and verifying complex electrical circuits
• Experience with HV battery systems and BMS electronics
• Altium Designer and LTSpice experience
• PCB design rules IPC-610/2221/2222
• Strong organizational, communication, and troubleshooting skills
