📋 Description

• Responsible for budgets, sales, and market penetration across multiple branches, increasing revenue
• Lead and develop Management Trainees, Rental Sales Agents, and Fleet Service Agents through
• Recruit new team members in collaboration with Talent team and coach other managers
• Manage vehicle fleet, operational tasks (health & safety, corporate CI, defleets), delegate
• Ensure premium customer service culture, handle complaints, work with regional managers to optimize

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree with at least 2 (junior) or 3 (senior) years of experience in sales and customer
• Good supervisory and strong communication skills
• Ability to communicate in other languages (plus)
• Exceptional interpersonal and relationship-building abilities
• Highly organized with excellent customer service skills
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
