📋 Description

• Lead and develop a branch team, including team management, motivation, and onboarding
• Manage fleet operations and ensure first-class quality and customer satisfaction
• Handle customer complaint resolution and problem-solving
• Oversee and manage station KPIs and financial targets (revenue and budget)
• Coordinate inventory management and supplier/partner relationships
• Ensure smooth operational processes and premium service quality at the branch

🎯 Requirements

• Commercial or business administration training or degree
• Professional and leadership experience in sales-related roles, ideally in service industries (e.g.
• Strong sales orientation and customer service skills
• Exceptional organizational, leadership, and motivational skills
• Fluent in German and English, or French and English (minimum B2)
• Passion for the automotive industry and valid driver's license
