🎯 Requirements

• Service mindset with direct customer interaction
• At least 3 years in branch management, 2-4 years in sales and customer service
• Proven ability to develop and up-skill team members
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Excellent leadership, communication and interpersonal skills
