📋 Description

• Responsible for budgets, sales, and market penetration across multiple branches, increasing revenue
• Lead and develop Management Trainees, Rental Sales Agents, and Fleet Service Agents through regular
• Recruit new team members in collaboration with Talent team; coach other managers in recruitment
• Manage vehicle fleet and operational tasks (health & safety, corporate CI, defleets); delegate
• Ensure premium customer service culture; handle complaints; work with regional managers to optimize

🎯 Requirements

• Service mindset with value for direct customer interaction
• At least 3 years branch management experience with 2-4 years in sales and customer service
• Proven experience developing and up-skilling team members
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
