📋 Description

• Responsible for budgets, sales, and market penetration across multiple branches, increasing revenue
• Lead and develop Management Trainees, Rental Sales Agents, and Fleet Service Agents through
• Recruit new team members and coach other managers in recruitment
• Manage the vehicle fleet and operational tasks (health and safety, CI, defleets) and delegate tasks
• Ensure premium customer service culture, handle complaints, and collaborate with regional managers

🎯 Requirements

• At least 3 years of branch management experience, with 2 to 4 years in sales and customer service
• Service-oriented mindset with value for direct customer interaction
• Proven experience in developing and up-skilling team members
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
