📋 Description

• Lead creative design behind brand concepts and brand-building initiatives
• Design marketing and advertising content across print, digital, packaging, and web
• Balance fast-turn asset requests and longer campaign-level design projects
• Contribute creative thinking and strategy alongside the rest of the Creative team, not just
• Interpret creative requests with a strong point of view and produce polished, on-brand finals
• Collaborate closely with the Creative Director, senior designers, motion graphics artist, and

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of design experience, although creativity and execution shown in your portfolio
• A design portfolio demonstrating strong conceptual thinking, not just execution
• Expertise in Adobe Creative Cloud, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Figma
• Willingness to try new tools and approaches
• Strong creative instincts and confidence to pitch and shape concepts
• Excellent organizational habits, comfortable maintaining shared drives, file structures, and asset
