• Create high-caliber design for brand and marketing initiatives across integrated campaigns, social
• Develop and extend creative concepts across multiple channels and formats without losing their
• Distill complex B2B narratives, including workforce transformation, skills, learning technology
• Act as a trusted creative partner to senior leaders, helping shape the story and creative direction
• Take ownership of projects from initial brief and concept development through refinement
• Partner with the Senior Creative Lead and Brand leadership to strengthen and evolve the Degreed

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in brand, marketing, digital, or graphic design, with increasing ownership
• A high-caliber portfolio demonstrating exceptional craft across brand identity, integrated
• Significant experience creating executive and board-level presentations, with the ability to
• Experience developing creative for major events, including environmental graphics, digital
• Proven ability to extend a central creative concept across social, web, product marketing, sales
• Experience partnering directly with senior executives and navigating high-stakes, highly visible
