📋 Description

• Lead design and art direction on high-visibility projects end-to-end, from concept through
• Partner with business leaders and senior stakeholders to frame problems early, shape the creative
• Translate complex ideas into clear, compelling visual stories that hold up at scale
• Collaborate with copywriters, motion designers, editors, and producers, and direct their
• Shape and evolve Roblox brand systems making sure work stays consistent, scalable, and on-brand
• Art direct agencies and production partners when scale or speed calls for it

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of design experience and a portfolio that shows strong conceptual thinking paired with
• Experience on the agency side, the brand side, or both
• A history of leading complex projects from problem framing to final delivery, with little oversight
• Experience building, extending, or governing brand systems and libraries
• Expert-level typography, layout, and hierarchy, with the ability to make complex content readable
