📋 Description

• Turn creative direction into market-ready assets for campaigns, events, and product launches, and
• Evolve brand guidelines, templates, and component libraries so teams across Flexport can move
• Design brand-forward web experiences with developers and digital marketers, including pages built
• Build executive presentations, sales decks, and keynote visuals that propel narrative forward.
• Design and animate short brand videos, product explainers, social motion, and event visuals that
• Create custom illustrations, icons, and data visualizations that make complicated logistics ideas

🎯 Requirements

• 5 to 7 years in brand design, visual communication, or a similar creative role, ideally at a
• A portfolio with range across identity, campaigns, web, presentations, and motion, showing strong
• Deep skill in Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud, comfort in Keynote and Google Slides, and hands-on
• Motion skills in After Effects or similar tool (Rive, Lottie, Jitter), plus ability to storyboard
• A daily habit of using AI in creative process, and opinions about where it helps and where it falls
• Experience evolving brand guidelines and building templates for people who aren't designers.
