Senior Brand Designer

📋 Description

• Own end-to-end brand design across campaigns and product launches.
• Evolve visual identity; contribute to design system decisions; maintain quality.
• Translate briefs into clear creative concepts and assets.
• Partner with Growth, Marketing, and Product to embed brand-quality creative.
• Lead creative on high-visibility projects; present to leadership.
• Design presentation materials for boards, investors, and partners.

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years in brand design (agency and in-house preferred).
• Portfolio showing strategic thinking and design craft across touchpoints.
• Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite; Illustrator and Photoshop required; After Effects a plus.
• Strong presentation and communication; present to senior stakeholders; advocate for decisions.
• Experience contributing to and expanding a brand design system.
• Curious about AI-powered design tools and integration into workflow.
