Senior Brand Designer (F/M/D)

📋 Description

• Own and evolve the NavVis visual identity across digital and physical touchpoints.
• Translate brand strategy and messaging into compelling visual concepts and creative systems.
• Lead the design direction for integrated campaigns, product launches, and major brand initiatives.
• Create high-quality assets across the web, social, events, presentations, advertising, and other
• Develop scalable templates, guidelines and design systems that enable teams to work consistently
• Partner closely with Content, Product Marketing, Demand Generation, Events and other teams.

🎯 Requirements

• 5-8 years of professional experience in brand, graphic or communication design, ideally in an
• A strong portfolio demonstrating excellent visual thinking, concept development and execution
• Strong command of industry-standard design tools such as Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud.
• Experience creating scalable design systems, templates, and guidelines.
• Experience developing and evolving brand identities rather than simply applying existing guidelines.
• Deep understanding of typography, composition, color, imagery, and visual systems.
