📋 Description

• Concept & Execute Rapidly across digital ads, landing pages, and campaigns
• Design with Purpose: brand fidelity + performance to drive leads
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Growth Marketing, writers, editors, designers
• Work Hand-in-Hand with Design Systems to align growth creative with visual language
• Relay insights back to Brand to inform long-term strategy
• Iterate & Experiment: test hypotheses and optimize results

🎯 Requirements

• 5–7+ years of design with performance creative
• Proven ability to deliver exceptional design at high velocity
• Fluency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite; motion & prototyping a plus
• Experience with creative, marketing, and brand teams in high-growth environments
• Passion for systems thinking and improving creative processes
• AI processes baked into production workflow
