Senior Brand Manager

📋 Description

• Lead foundational brand workstreams, including professional-audience positioning, content strategy
• Identify high-impact opportunities for the brand to accelerate growth among professional audiences
• Own brand insights initiatives, including audience research, competitive analysis, creative
• Translate quantitative and qualitative research into clear insights, strategic recommendations, and
• Partner with channel leaders across Marketing and Communications to turn brand strategy into
• Build strong relationships with Product, Service, Sales, and other cross-functional teams to extend

🎯 Requirements

• 6–8+ years of experience in brand marketing, with strong expertise in brand strategy, positioning
• Proven experience defining and implementing brand strategies, including brand promises, positioning
• Demonstrated ability to establish brand vision and long-term roadmaps rather than focusing solely
• Experience operating upstream of campaigns and influencing how broader organizations approach brand
• Strong experience designing and managing brand health measurement programs, including brand
• Excellent creative judgment with experience developing compelling creative briefs, guiding agencies
