• 7+ years in marketing, with 2+ areas (in-house consumer app, agency, or B2B branding).
• Strong strategic judgment and ability to turn ideas into repeatable processes.
• Exceptional creative judgment; experience with positioning, messaging, briefs.
• Proven ability in co-marketing, partnerships, or advertiser-facing programs.
• Familiarity with Reddit and internet culture.
