📋 Description

Lead end-to-end financial crimes investigations for cannabis clients.
Apply FinCEN guidance and MRB rules in daily work.
Monitor AML alerts across multiple partner programs.
Prepare cannabis-specific SARs per FinCEN MRB guidance.
Develop and calibrate transaction monitoring rules for typologies.
Oversee CRB onboarding, ongoing monitoring, and license verifications.

🎯 Requirements

5+ years in BSA/AML compliance; fintech and cannabis banking a plus.
Experience filing marijuana-related SARs under FinCEN MRB guidance.
Knowledge of BSA models and AML obligations across partner programs.
Experience with AML monitoring platforms (Abrigo BAM+, Actimize, Verafin) and cannabis tools (METRC, BioTrack, Shield, RiskScout).
Ability to review state cannabis license data and assess banking activity alignment.
CAMS certification a plus.
