Senior Building Surveyor (Code and Building Compliance)

📋 Description

• Assess building designs for NCC/BCA compliance.
• Liaise with clients and prepare compliance reports.
• Collaborate to upgrade fire safety measures.
• Conduct site visits to progress and finish large projects.
• Prepare Performance Solution design reports.
• Lead a team and mentor junior building surveyors.

🎯 Requirements

• Must be an Australian Citizen/Permanent Resident.
• Postgraduate qualification in Building Surveying with relevant experience.
• Current Registration as Unrestricted Building Surveyor.
• Collaborative with clients and other project teams.
• Able to work autonomously as well as in a team.
• Knowledge of BCA performance requirements.
