📋 Description

Help assess building designs against NCC/BCA provisions.
Liaise with clients and prepare NCC/BCA compliance reports.
Site visits to view progression and completion of large projects.
Lead a team and develop junior building surveyors.
Collaborate with clients and other teams on projects.

🎯 Requirements

Must be Australian Citizen/Permanent Resident.
Post graduate qualification in Building Surveying with relevant experience.
Current registration as Level 1 or Level 2 building surveyor.
Capable of working autonomously as well as part of a team.
Enthusiasm for business development highly regarded.
Knowledge of Work Health and Safety requirements.
