🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Admin, IT, or related field; CBAP/PMI-PBA a plus.
• 3+ years as a Business Analyst, preferably in customer delivery/implementation.
• Experience in life insurance and annuity industry.
• Strong SQL and Excel for data analysis and reporting.
• Experience with Agile, Scrum, or other PM methodologies preferred.
• Ability to translate complex needs into practical technical requirements.
