📋 Description

• Communicate with clients, R&D, and leadership; tailor messaging.
• Engage with clients to resolve queries and support UAT.
• Identify and propose SURVEIL-X enhancements within product frameworks.
• Drive cross-functional collaboration with R&D, PS, and Support.
• Travel to client sites or across time zones as needed.
• Build domain expertise in capital markets compliance and SURVEIL-X.

🎯 Requirements

• 4–8 years as a BA in Financial Services/Capital Markets/Investment Banking.
• BE/B.Tech Degree or equivalent.
• Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
• Experience in global and matrix organizational environments.
• Domain experience in Financial Services; exposure to trade surveillance or compliance tech valued.
• Proficiency in database querying, Linux/Unix CLI, and log analysis.
