📋 Description

• Customer Requirements Analysis: Gather and document customer requirements; translate to specs.
• Data Analysis: Analyze data from core systems (policy admin, compensation, agent mgmt).
• Solution Delivery Support: Ensure solutions meet requirements and timelines.
• Issue Resolution: Point of contact to resolve delivery issues with cross-functional teams.
• Stakeholder Communication: Keep clients and internal teams informed on status and changes.
• Customer Training & Support: Create training materials and support clients during implementation.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Admin, IT, or related field; CBAP/PMI-PBA a plus.
• 3+ years as a Business Analyst, client-facing or delivery-focused.
• Life & annuity industry experience required.
• Proficiency in SQL and Excel.
• Experience with Agile or Scrum methodologies is preferred.
• Strong analytical skills; translate needs into actionable requirements.
