Senior Business Analyst

📋 Description

• Lead and mentor a team of Analysts; set standards for requirements gathering and QA across the BA team.
• Drive complex solution delivery; oversee high-impact requirements and ensure stakeholder alignment.
• Establish measurement frameworks; define KPIs/ROI and build dashboards to track outcomes.
• Manage stakeholder relationships; translate data into executive insights and present findings.
• Lead team development and governance; coach BAs and shape hiring/skills plans.
• Ensure data integrity and lead post-implementation reviews for continuous improvement.

🎯 Requirements

• Excellent English; minimum B2 level.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business/Admin, IS, Finance, or CS.
• 5–7 years in Data/Business Analyst roles with mentoring experience.
• Knowledge of advanced data analytics and machine learning techniques.
• Proficiency in BI/data viz tools: Tableau, Power BI, Excel, Looker Studio.
• Agile/Scrum experience and facilitation of cross-functional workshops.
