📋 Description

• Lead strategic discovery and alignment with senior stakeholders.
• Own end-to-end enterprise solution design for multi-system integrations.
• Translate vision into actionable engineering roadmaps.
• Partner with PMO to scope initiatives and manage dependencies.
• Mentor junior to mid-level analysts and uplift PMO practices.
• Define robust acceptance criteria for high-impact initiatives.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years as a Business/Systems Analyst in complex settings.
• Proven ability to influence up to VP/C-level executives.
• Experience designing functional architecture for enterprise platforms (Salesforce/NetSuite/Workday).
• Strong skills in BPMN 2.0, UML, with Lucidchart/Miro/Visio for mapping.
• Excellent English communication and facilitation skills.
• Advanced data analysis and business intelligence for decision support.
