📋 Description

• Support the Insurance Operations strategy for delivering a modern, market-leading experience with
• Collaborate with Print third-party service providers and internal business partners to optimize
• Creation and submission of adhoc mailing requests
• Participate in the establishment of policies, procedures and strategies related to the efficient
• Analyzes system problems impacting print and develops recommendations to solve
• Analyzes customer impact of print problems impacting business processes and develops and implements

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and at least three (3+) years of business systems analysis experience in
• Strong computer skills, including MS Excel, AI, Adobe Acrobat, Query tools, XML editor and data
• Strong analytical skills including the ability to quantify impacts and synthesize data from
• Ability to elicit detailed functional and non-functional requirements from key stakeholders
• Experience with business modeling or process mapping
• Experience handling adhoc mailings and mail file data scrubbing
