📋 Description

  • Prepare and maintain the Business Analysis Plan and Roadmap.
  • Monitor milestones and report status to the project team.
  • Collect, analyse and document business requirements with stakeholders and SMEs.
  • Organise, facilitate and lead workshops and requirements sessions.
  • Model end-to-end business processes and data specifications when required.
  • Translate business requirements into user stories and maintain the backlog.

🎯 Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Engineering, Economics or related field.
  • English – Proficient, minimum C1 level.
  • 7+ years in Business Analysis for complex IT projects.
  • 5+ years in BPMN/UML and process modelling.
  • Experience translating requirements into user stories and backlogs.
  • Experience in large-scale digital transformation programmes.
