Senior Business Analyst

📋 Description

• Collaborate with business SMEs to elicit, analyse, and document business requirements.
• Translate business requirements into clear functional specifications for delivery teams.
• Work with software developers and testers to ensure requirements are understood and implemented.
• Facilitate requirements gathering workshops with stakeholders.
• Conduct data analysis and modelling to support business and system changes.
• Document and define system interface requirements.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computing, Engineering, Finance, or related discipline.
• Minimum 10 years’ experience as a Business Analyst in financial services.
• Strong understanding of capital markets and Treasury environments.
• Knowledge of financial products: treasury loans, deposits, trade lifecycle.
• Front-to-back office: deal entry, trade confirmations, settlements, accounting.
• Proficiency in data analysis and data modelling techniques.
